Riley is a New York-based instructor who specializes in fiddle, guitar, piano, songwriting, music production, (devised) theatre, vocals and music composition education. With a bachelor's from Columbia in psychology, master's from NYU in film scoring and a CV that includes recognition at The Tribeca Festival and in The New York Times, Riley is passionate about pairing fundamentals with improvisation while cultivating joy and a love of learning. She is also a former DI recruited athlete who coaches basketball and running and has experience working with college-bound students on essay prep.
