Dr. Natasha Sieczkowska is a dedicated educator and versatile performer from Brazil, where she began violin at eight and added viola at twelve. She teaches both instruments and holds Suzuki certification for Violin Books 1–10. She currently teaches at Hoff-Barthelson Music School's Port Chester Saturday Orchestra Program and has taught violin and viola at Germantown Academy and The Philadelphia School, as well as in outreach programs including Play On Philly, Kids' Orchestra, and Educando com Música. She holds a BM from the State University of Santa Catarina, an MM in Viola Performance and String Pedagogy from the University of New Mexico, and a DMA in Viola Performance from Louisiana State University, where she also studied instrumental pedagogy. For six years, she was principal violist of Camerata Florianópolis, touring Europe and appearing as a soloist, and she has performed at chamber music festivals in Brazil and the US.
