Mia Pinero is a Brooklyn based Broadway performer who most recently performed alongside Josh Groban and Annaleigh Ashford in the Broadway revival of Sweeney Todd. As a teacher, Mia has had the privilege of working with students of all ages and backgrounds, spanning from 1:1's to group masterclasses, from virtual to in person. Topics have included Audition Technique, Acting Through Song, Self-Tape Prep & Filming, Vocal Stamina, and Vocal Coaching. As both a Broadway performer and audition reader for top Broadway casting directors, Mia has specialized experience in understanding what is needed to excel in front of the table, and what top producers and casting directors are looking for behind the table. Including artistic tools and guidance, Mia is certified in Trauma-informed Yoga from The Somatic Institute, offering nervous system regulating tools to encourage both presence and calm in high stakes performance environments.
