After over 20 years of teaching experience I focus on creating a calm, approachable learning environment where questions are welcomed and curiosity encouraged. I value pace that fits each student, with plenty of real-time feedback and clear explanations. Victoria Mithen is a professional dancer, choreographer, instructor, and NASM personal trainer based in NYC. She completed the CLI Conservatory program in 2023 after graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in both dance and psychology. She has been dancing for over 20 years and started teaching at the age of 16. She currently is a guest teacher and choreographer for several studios across the country. Victoria has been an instructor and judge for National Dance Alliance and is a choreographer for Varsity Spirit, working with high school and collegiate dance teams. In addition to teaching, Victoria is an innovative choreographer who creates unique routines that highlight artistry, musicality, and technique. Victoria is also a seasoned competition judge who has worked for several organizations. Marissa is a Queens-based instructor specializing in ballet, tap, jazz, musical theater, and contemporary. Marissa’s love for dance started when she was 3 years old and has only continued to grow since. She is a New York City based dancer and educator who grew up dancing in Connecticut, where she competed in her school’s competition team and danced in many local productions. She went to Dean College to further her education and graduated with her BA in Dance with a minor in Psychology. Just after graduation, she performed in Gregory King’s modern dance piece “The Strange Invisible Perfume” at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. Since moving to New York, Marissa’s performed various works throughout the country with dance companies including The Rogue Dancers, Wandering Movers, and Aries in Flight. Also a lover of musical theater, Marissa has performed in musicals at various regional theaters. Some favorite show credits include Chicago, Cabaret, and Anything Goes.

Hi there! My name is Kristi and I am a dancer teacher and rehearsal director who has lived in NYC for the past 20 years. I am very versed in many styles of dance, excelling most in teaching ballet, jazz, contemporary and musical theater dance. I love to strive to find musicality, cleanliness and storytelling in my work and love to work on technique with my students. I have had a career performing in the musical theater, cruise ship and contemporary world and have taught ages 6-professionals for the past 20 years.
