Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms and applies to all use of the Platform.

Prohibited Uses

Zero tolerance for abuse of minors. iNSTAiNSTRU has zero tolerance for sexual conduct, sexual contact, sexualized communication, solicitation of a minor, or any conduct that sexualizes a minor. iNSTAiNSTRU also has zero tolerance for physical abuse, emotional abuse, or cruelty toward a minor. This applies to every person using the Platform, in any role. Any such conduct or attempted conduct is grounds for immediate and permanent deactivation and will be reported to law enforcement as circumstances warrant.

You may not use the Platform, or permit any third party to use the Platform, to:

• engage in sexual conduct, sexual contact, or sexualized communication with a minor, or any conduct that sexualizes a minor;
• contact, communicate with, or attempt to arrange to meet a minor outside of a booked lesson, or solicit a minor's contact information;
• conduct or participate in a lesson involving a minor without an adult over 18 present in the room where the lesson takes place, or within direct sight of the lesson if it takes place outdoors, at a pool, in an open area, or at a public location, or, for an online lesson, in the room with the minor, or fail to end a lesson if the adult leaves and does not promptly return;
• give gifts, money, or special privileges to a minor, or ask a minor to keep any communication or conduct secret from their parent or guardian;
• photograph or record a minor without the prior consent of the responsible adult, or share such images or recordings;
• provide alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, or any controlled substance to a minor, or conduct a lesson while impaired;
• fail to report to iNSTAiNSTRU any conduct you observe that violates these child-safety provisions;
• misrepresent your identity, experience, licenses, certifications, credentials, education, or professional qualifications on your profile, in your account, or in communications with other Users;
• provide false or another person's identity information for identity verification or a background check, or arrange for another person to complete verification or screening on your behalf;
• defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, misrepresent, mislead, discriminate against, or violate the rights of others;
• post or upload unlawful, infringing, obscene, threatening, hateful, exploitative, unsafe, or misleading content;
• upload malware, scripts, SQL injections, worms, time bombs, or other harmful code;
• advertise or sell goods or services unrelated to lessons or prohibited by the Terms;
• require a User to buy gift cards or money orders, post third-party reviews in violation of another site's terms, or engage in illegal or dangerous activity;
• conduct pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or unlawful solicitation;
• impersonate another person or allow another person to use your account except as expressly permitted for authorized adult agents in the Terms;
• scrape, crawl, data-mine, index, or harvest Platform content or User information without written permission;
• circumvent Platform payments, fees, booking, trust-and-safety, or account controls;
• create multiple, false, disposable, or misleading accounts;
• use bots or artificial intelligence tools to create accounts or impersonate people; or
• submit Platform information into artificial intelligence tools in a way that violates privacy, security, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights.

If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first. Report any safety concern involving a minor to support@instainstru.com immediately. We cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.

Violations of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension or deactivation under Section 6 of the Terms, forfeiture of pending platform benefits where permitted by law, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate, in iNSTAiNSTRU's discretion, taking into account severity, intent, and prior conduct. Conduct violating the child-safety provisions above results in immediate deactivation regardless of the factors described in this paragraph.
